Let’s start this unboxing with general information about Rituals 2D Advent Calendar 2021 – I bought it for €59.90 in Douglas. Cost per item is €2.50, so a bit more than Yves Rocher advent calendar I opened earlier, but still it’s a good price per product. In this advent calendar we can find not only miniature versions of products from the most popular Rituals lines, but also candles. I love burning candles in the winter, so it is perfect time to receive some new scents.

Because I plan to open this advent calendar like a normal person would open an advent calendar – day by day, I split unboxing of it in 3 parts, 8 days each. Let’s see what first week of Rituals 2D Advent Calendar brings us! 😀

Day 1: Rituals Private Collection Sweet Jasmine Candle

Rituals Private Collection Sweet Jasmine Candle

First item is Rituals Private Collection Sweet Jasmine Candle. It is a miniature size, so it probably will last one time. I’m not mad about it though. If I like it enough, I may get a full size in the future.

Day 2: The Ritual of Sakura Florishing Hair & Body Mist

The Ritual of Sakura Florishing Hair & Body Mist

Ritual of Sakura is one of the most popular lines of products from Rituals. It has a hint of cherry blossom and goes well with my current body lotion but when I sprayed it for the first time, I felt like it was very soapy scent. It calms down after couple minutes and I use it often since getting it.

Day 3: The Ritual of Mehr 2-phase bath oil

The Ritual of Mehr 2-phase bath oil

I love bath products, so I’m happy to be able to try out this bath oil from Rituals.

Day 4: Rituals Serendipity Opulent Foaming Shower Gel

Rituals Serendipity Opulent Foaming Shower Gel

I’m not a fan of foaming shower gels because of packaging – it’s hard to recycle and I’m afraid that it will end up in the landfill, so I wouldn’t buy it on my own. I love the smell though.

Day 5: Private Collection Imperial Rose Candle

Private Collection Imperial Rose Candle

Same as with the candle from day 1, it’s a teeny tiny one time use candle. It’s a good option to try out the scent without buying full size that you may not like. But the more I think about it, the more I’m concerned about the amount of waste that this advent calendar will create.

Day 6: The Ritual of Holi Sugar Love Sparkling Body Mist

The Ritual of Holi Sugar Love Sparkling Body Mist

Usually I’m not a fan of sweet scents but there’s something to this body mist that makes me like it. My only concern is that body mists usually don’t last too long, so I prefer to use a perfume instead. I already tried Ritual of Sakura body mist and I’m impressed with its lasting power, so I hope that this one performs similarly.

Day 7: Ritual of Namaste Radiance Anti-ageing Serum

Ritual of Namaste Radiance Anti-ageing Serum

This serum will have to wait a bit till I finish my previous opened tube, so I’ll report on it probably next year 😅 I like the fact that it has anti-aging properties but I’m not sure about glowing properties of this serum. I like the matte look on me more than trendy glowy finish.

Day 8: The Ritual of Hammam Nourishing Conditioner

The Ritual of Hammam Nourishing Conditioner

I’ve already tried it and I like it. Smells delicious and behaves like the kind of a conditioner that I enjoy using. Even though I have plenty of hair products back ups, I’m happy to see this little tube in my advent calendar.

This was the first part of unboxing Rituals 2D Advent Calendar 2021. I have two more parts coming, so if you are curious about what else is inside, subscribe to my blog 😊 I feel like I can’t say much about the products yet, but I will definitely share my thoughts about them in future empties posts, so stay tuned for that!
